Technical Professional Services Manager
We are looking for excellent people to join us in developing a next generation product.
- Have deep understanding of the company products and solutions.
- Work closely with the customer success managers, and with the company R&D, to define, execute and implement the required customization.
- Help tailor API/Code based solutions, while demonstrating coding understanding and technical creativity.
- Work with the customer, from needs assessments, through requirement definitions, until full solution deployment and integration.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for all the supplier needs, analyzing and resolving technical issues and optimizing the solution.
- Provide tech support to the sales process, understand the costumers needs and define the relevant offering and solution.
- Tech degree, B.Sc. in computer science an advantage.
- Coding experience.
- Experience in project management / product management / tech account management.
- Experience with customer facing roles.
- Excellent English
