Technical Professional Services Manager

Description

We are looking for excellent people to join us in developing a next generation product. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Have deep understanding of the company products and solutions.
  • Work closely with the customer success managers, and with the company R&D, to define, execute and implement the required customization.
  • Help tailor API/Code based solutions, while demonstrating coding understanding and technical creativity.
  • Work with the customer, from needs assessments, through requirement definitions, until full solution deployment and integration.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for all the supplier needs, analyzing and resolving technical issues and optimizing the solution.
  • Provide tech support to the sales process, understand the costumers needs and define the relevant offering and solution.

Requirements

  • Tech degree, B.Sc. in computer science an advantage.
  • Coding experience.
  • Experience in project management / product management / tech account management.
  • Experience with customer facing roles.
  • Excellent English
  • Flexible hours - According to the client's region. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, assertive, problem solver.  


Advantages: 

  • Previous experience in SAAS products and mobile applications.
