Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, we're looking for YOU!

As part of our team you will:

  • Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for all roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to match experience to openings.
  • Support hiring managers in making hiring decisions.
  • Optimize our hiring process and internal workflows; help us create a scalable process that ensures alignment and an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements


  • An Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who worked in Tech companies
  • A sourcing expert who is familiar with advanced internet resources
  • Experienced in conducting phone and face to face interviews
  • Able to identify the best talent and know how to bring him aboard
  • Able to manage multiple assignments across the broad and you have a strong project management skills.
  • A Proactive, Hard worker, Communicative excellence driven person
  • A Fluent English speaker
