Project Manager - Quality

As a Project Manager in our Quality leadership team, you’ll play a key role in pushing our products and services quality forward. You’ll initiate improvement based on customers feedback and business analytics, perform measurements, issue periodic reports, support and lead various projects interfacing peers from all over the organization.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for delivering Quality of service projects, perform data analysis and coordinate organizational efforts of varying scale and complexity
- Ensure accurate reporting of integrative tasks and efforts, KPIs and quality objectives
- Proactively search for areas to improve and seek to increase client satisfaction by learning from the data

This job is definitely for you:
- You are experienced in leading organizational Quality and have demonstrated success in leading continues improvement processes (4 + years)
- You are a seasoned project/program manager with 2 + years in delivering customer facing products B2C and B2B
- You used Big Data analytics and BI in order to improve quality and user's satisfaction
- You have strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- You have effective communication skills, positive attitude and a team player spirit
